Ingredients
5 hard boiled eggs
1 hard boiled egg yolks (optional)
½ avocado, cubed
¼ cup celery, diced
cup red onion, diced
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tbsp dill, chopped
Salt and pepper - to taste

Step 1
Using a cheese grater, shred hard boiled eggs and hard boiled egg yolk

Add shredded eggs, avocado, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, dill, and salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until combined
